1. Q - How do you personalize the keepsake plaques?  A - The keepsake plaques are hand painted.
2. Q - Do you deliver everyday of the week?  A - Yes.
3. Q - Do you deliver to businesses and offices?  A - Yes.
4. Q - How much notice do you need to deliver a sign?  A - 24 hours upon receiving your order depending on availability.
5. Q - Do you require reservations?  A - No, but we do recommend reservations.
6. Q - Can I cancel an order?  A - If your cancellation is received 48 hours prior to your set-up you will receive a full refund; cancellations received after this time will only receive 75% of your refund.
7. Q - Does someone have to be home during initial delivery or pick-up?  A - No.
8. Q - What are your delivery hours?  A - Delivery times are arranged when you place your order.  'Surprise' deliveries can be made between midnight and 6a.m.
9. Q - What are your delivery areas?  A - Hinds, Madison, and Rankin Counties.  Some areas may have an added delivery charge of $15.00.
10. Q - What are the rental rates?  A - Rental rates are determined by the length / days you chose to rent your sign display.  Prices range from $45 to $75 for 48 hours and up; please call us for details.
11. Q - What are your rental policies?  A - Signs may not be moved.  Returned checks are charged $30.  Children are not allowed to play on or around signs; no climbing on signs is allowed.  If you notice severe weather conditions, please contact Grassy Greetings.  Please do not trim your yard while signs are being used.
12. Q - What types of payment do you accept?  A - We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa or Mastercard).
